About the Role

In this role, you will join an AML team that is part of the Financial Crime department within Group Compliance at our client. The team has employees across the Nordics and the Baltics. In this role, you will work to combat money laundering and the financing of terrorism – a field that is both critical for the bank and a matter of societal importance. For this assignment, we require that you are available to work during the summer and will not be able to take vacation during weeks 28-32, with the possibility of leave at the end of the summer.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The recruitment process requires a UC check and an extract from the criminal register. In connection with your application, it is a requirement to simultaneously order an extract from the criminal register.

You are offered a developmental and exciting consulting assignment initially until the end of the year within AML at an advanced and complex level. There are good chances for an extension of the assignment!

Responsibilities

• Investigate suspected criminal behavior related to money laundering, terrorist financing, and tax evasion.
• Review and analyze information to create reports.
• Report to authorities.

We are looking for you who

• Have a completed university degree in economics and/or law.
• Have very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Have previous relevant work experience.
• Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

It is an advantage if you have

• Previous work experience within AML/KYC/Fraud.
• Previous work experience from a bank.

Knowledge can be acquired through education, experience, or by being self-taught.
