The company is a large Swedish group with operations in several business areas and a clear focus on quality, development, and sustainable solutions. Within the organization, there are several central support functions, where IT plays a key role in creating stable, efficient, and user-friendly ways of working for the business.
Here, you will become part of an internal support function supporting several companies within the group and working closely with the business in daily operations. The environment is characterized by high competence, strong ownership, and a working style where personal drive and collaboration are highly valued.
We at Asta Agency are collaborating with the company on this recruitment process. This is a consulting assignment where you will be employed by Asta Agency and work as a consultant at the company.
About the RoleIn this role, you will become an important part of an experienced IT team working closely with the business and handling support cases with a high resolution rate. This is ideal for someone who enjoys a role combining technical breadth with personal responsibility and who can quickly adapt to new situations.
You will work in an internal support function supporting colleagues across several companies in the group, handling cases that require both technical breadth, independence, and strong problem-solving skills. Tasks include troubleshooting in Microsoft environments, basic network and firewall issues, and hardware-related support. You will also collaborate with external vendors on support cases and contribute to integrating new companies into the IT environment.
This is a part-time role of approximately 2–3 days per week, suitable for someone looking to work long-term in a technical and business-oriented support function.
Qualifications and SkillsTo thrive in this role, we look for someone who is self-driven, responsible, and confident in their technical skills. You enjoy real troubleshooting, take ownership of your cases, and have a solution-oriented approach. Since the role involves internal support, it is also important that you are service-oriented, humble, and professional in your communication. You have a good ability to work independently and thrive in an environment with high demands on both quality and resolution rates.
Additionally, you have:
2–3 years of experience working in IT support or a similar technical support role

Start: Immediate
Location: Stockholm
Scope: Part-time, approx. 2-3 days per week
Salary: According to agreement
