Branäsgruppen is currently seeking an Accounting Assistant based in Karlstad. This is a responsible position within our finance department where you will work alongside engaged colleagues and in close collaboration with both the HR department and the Guest Service Organization.

Responsibilities

You will become part of the finance team, handling ongoing bookkeeping, monthly closing, customer and supplier accounts receivable/payable, tax and fee reporting, and more. You may also take specific responsibility for certain IT systems.

Change is a normal state of affairs within Branäsgruppen, particularly within the finance department, where we continuously find new ways to handle payments, systems, and routines. Designing new routines and mastering new IT systems will be a key responsibility for you.

Competence and Personal Attributes

We are looking for someone who is not afraid of IT systems and feels confident with numbers. You should have work experience within finance and a relevant educational background.
