Gustavsberg, Vatette, and Oras – now part of Oras Group – are currently seeking a District Sales Manager for Northern Sweden (Norrland). This is a role for you who thrive on autonomy and responsibility and want to work in a complex B2B environment where relationships, structure, and long-term thinking determine success.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a District Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the district from Sundsvall and upwards, with a focus along the Norrland coast.

The business is indirect and relies on you creating demand through multiple channels. You will work closely with installers, wholesalers, and specifying authorities, driving the business by being present, building relationships, and ensuring that our products become a natural choice in projects.

In this role, you represent a consolidated portfolio of strong brands within Oras Group – Gustavsberg, Oras, and Vatette – giving you the opportunity to work with a broader and more complete offering to the customer. This means you do not just sell individual products, but can take a more advisory position and contribute with solutions that cover several parts of the installation.

You are responsible for planning and conducting customer visits throughout the district, developing existing relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. A key part of the role is to prioritize correctly in a large geographical area and ensure that your time is invested where it creates the most business value.

The role involves frequent travel and overnight stays and places high demands on self-leadership, structure, and personal drive. Suitable locations are in Västernorrland (Umeå, Örnsköldsvik, Luleå, or nearby towns). You will work from a home office and report to the Northern Sales Manager, Henrik Gustafsson.

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for someone experienced in working in an independent sales role who enjoys driving their own business over time.

You have experience in B2B sales within the plumbing, construction, or related technical industries and are comfortable working in a business where multiple actors influence decisions.

You are structured in your working methods and plan your daily routine with foresight. You know how to prioritize the right customers and activities, and you have a clear internal drive that keeps you on pace and direction even without close supervision.

As a person, you are relationship-building and trustworthy, but also business-minded in your decisions. You thrive in the field, take ownership of your results, and are comfortable with travel as a natural part of the job.

It is an advantage if you have experience from the installer or wholesaler level, or have worked in a business where you influenced multiple decision-makers in the customer's purchasing process.
