We are currently looking for a fluent Finnish speaker to take on a central, operational role in working with insurance terms and related documentation for the Finnish market. This is a consulting assignment on behalf of a client, where you will become an important part of close collaboration with several functions, contributing high quality, clarity, and linguistic accuracy from content to details. Start is immediate.

About the assignment

In this assignment, with a focus on terms and documentation, you will become a key person in ensuring that insurance terms and related documentation for the Finnish market are correct, clear, and up-to-date. You will collaborate closely with product managers, lawyers, and other relevant functions at the client, with a special focus on personal insurance for the Finnish market.

The role is operational and text-focused, with significant responsibility for quality and regulatory compliance. The assignment suits you who enjoy working in a structured, careful, and independent manner, and who have an eye for detail and a high quality awareness.

Examples of tasks

• Work on reading, writing, and updating insurance terms and documentation in Finnish
• Review and quality-assure terms, contracts, and product-related documents
• Ensure that documentation and terms comply with current Finnish legislation and regulations
• Collaborate with legal, product, business, and other relevant functions

Your background, experience, and competence

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with terms, contracts, or regulation-driven documentation
• Has fluent skills in Finnish in both speech and writing (requirement)
• Is accustomed to formulating and reviewing legally or commercially important texts
• Is meticulous, structured, and confident in working independently

It is an advantage if you:

• Have worked within insurance, banking, finance, law, or claims handling
• Have a basic understanding of the Finnish security system
• Have experience with personal insurance, life insurance, or loan protection

Good to know

The role is based in Gothenburg and offers a hybrid work solution. If it is not possible to be on-site, the role can also be performed fully remotely. The assignment is initially full-time with an immediate start and runs for a period of one to two months, with the possibility of extension or continued engagement thereafter.
