On behalf of our client, we are currently seeking a Registrar for a client in Skövde. The assignment is 75% and is expected to start on 2026-05-03 and run until 2026-12-31.

About the assignment

You will work with document and information management, responsible for the information handling process, from the arrival of documents until they are purged or archived. The Registrar is responsible for the organization's document and information management and ensures that this is done in a structured, efficient, and high-quality manner. The role is central to maintaining order, traceability, and accessibility in the organization's information.

In this role, you will work with, among other things:

• Registration and docketing of documents

• Follow-up of docket and contract matters

• Daily mail handling

• Management of shared email inboxes

• Other administrative tasks within the field of information management.

End: 2026-12-31
Scope: 75% (30 hours per week)
Location: Skövde
Employment form: Employed by Devotum as the client does not approve subcontractors in this process.

About you

We are looking for someone who meets the following mandatory requirements:

• Experience working within the public sector, or other experience/education deemed equivalent by the employer

• Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing

It is an advantage if you also meet the following requirements:

• Knowledge in archival science

• Good knowledge of the Freedom of the Press Act, the Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act

• Knowledge of the Archives Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

• Have a logical and structured way of working

• Are meticulous and have good organizational skills

• Have a high sense of service and enjoy collaborating

• Can work independently, prioritize, and handle periods of high workload

• Are flexible, responsible, and solution-oriented
