We are seeking individuals with at least 3 years of experience in administrative social work (biståndshandläggning) within both elderly care and the LSS (Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). In the role of a consultant, you will step in to relieve units in great need of extra help, making a difference for both the existing staff and the clients. Consultants are directly crucial for many municipalities in Sweden to function optimally – this may involve difficulties in recruitment, temporary peaks in case loads, or sick leaves and parental leaves that create a need for temporary staff. We have social work assignments all over Sweden – this is a general advertisement aimed at you who are curious about taking on assignments in the future.

We observe that in this challenging job market, many people also temporarily step in as consultants while they search for permanent positions – thereby giving themselves a greater chance of employment, both in the short and long term.

Your Experience:

• Degree in Social Work or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in administrative social work
• Good knowledge of computer systems
• Good knowledge of relevant legislation
• Ability to speak and write fluent Swedish
• Driver's license

How It Works

The first step to working as a consultant through us is that we create a profile for you in our operational system. We start with an initial phone call where we learn more about you and your background, while you get answers to all your questions about us and how the consultant profession works. We also need a number of documents from you to create a profile in our system, such as a CV and proof of education.

We then use this profile to match you with, and make suggestions for, relevant assignments that fit your background and wishes. If you think it sounds like an interesting assignment, we agree on compensation and discuss other important parameters. As a consultant, you can either invoice through your own company or work as an employee and receive your salary every month as usual. We always agree on all details before we send a presentation of you to our client – it is always you who choose what you are interested in. You should always feel secure at every step of the process.

When you are out working on your assignment through us, you have continuous dialogue with your closest contact person at our office, who guides and supports you through the assignment from start to finish.
