Do you want to sell modern SaaS solutions and work with some of the most exciting companies in the Nordic construction industry?
Our client is a leading player in digital collaboration solutions for the construction and civil engineering sector. The platform is used by over 150,000 users and more than 1,000 customers across the Nordics – and now the company is making a major push into the Swedish market.
We are now looking for you to take a key role in this growth journey.
About the role
This is a role for you who enjoy driving business from first contact to closed deal. You will work with outbound sales, build relationships, and help customers digitalize their projects.
You will have significant autonomy, clear goals, and the opportunity to truly influence your own success.
What you will do
- Drive new business development and create new deals
- Identify and qualify business opportunities
- Schedule and conduct customer meetings
- Understand customer needs and present solutions that make a difference
- Negotiate and close deals
- Follow up with customers and build long-term relationships
- Work actively in CRM systems
- Participate in events and marketing activities
We believe you have
- Experience in outbound B2B sales (preferably SaaS)
- Are motivated by solution selling that creates real value for the customer
- A background in construction/civil engineering and a strong network in the industry
- Experience driving the sales process with the support of a strong team
- The ability to build trust and establish relationships
- A high drive and desire to achieve results

The location for this position is Stockholm or Malmö.
