About the Role

We are now looking for a Business Systems Manager who wants to take overall responsibility for our business systems and BI solutions.

This is a new role created to meet our growth. You will be responsible for the group's ERP and BI environment, system architecture, and integrations, with a focus on creating structure, scalability, and business value over time.

You will play a central role in corporate acquisitions (M&A), analyzing existing system environments and driving decisions regarding integration, consolidation, or system replacement – always with a clear group perspective.

This role combines strategic responsibility with operational execution. As W5 continues to grow, there are excellent opportunities to gradually take on greater responsibility and help shape both the content of the role and its future direction.

Examples of areas of responsibility:

• Own and further develop the group's ERP and BI systems
• Drive system-related projects linked to growth and acquisition integration (M&A)
• Act as a requirements owner between operations, IT partners, and system suppliers
• Ensure sustainable system architecture, integrations, and master data
• Develop reporting and decision support at the group level

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone with a strong combination of business understanding, system competence, and leadership in daily work.

We believe you:

• Have extensive experience with ERP systems (preferably Monitor ERP or similar)
• Are experienced with BI, reporting, and data visualization
• Understand business processes and how IT best supports operations
• Have experience with system integrations and complex IT environments
• Enjoy driving change and making decisions

Experience from a group environment, growth companies, or work with acquisitions is an asset.
