We are looking for an IT Technician for a role where you will help create stable and modern network environments in business-critical contexts. You will play a key part in standardizing and developing network infrastructure at larger logistics and office sites.

You will work closely with the business and have a central role in ensuring stable operations, both in daily work and during changes. The role is operational and practically oriented, with a focus on physical handling of network equipment and on-site troubleshooting.

• Installation, racking, and replacement of network equipment

• Troubleshooting and resolving network-related issues on-site

• Ensuring stable operation of LAN/WLAN environments

• Handling incidents and changes in collaboration with other teams

• Participating in inventory and modernization of network environments

• Contributing to reducing technical debt in the infrastructure

• Stable and efficient operation of network environments on-site

• Fast and correct handling of incidents

• Completed installations and equipment replacements according to plan

• Contribution to standardization and improvement of the infrastructure

• Active participation in modernization initiatives

Mandatory Competencies:

• Experience with network operations in production environments (LAN/WLAN)

• Strong troubleshooting skills within networking

• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools

• Experience with installation and replacement of network equipment

• Good knowledge of TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, and DHCP

• Class B Driver's License

• Fluent Swedish and good English

Meritorious Skills:

• Experience with Cisco, Fortinet, or Check Point

• Certifications such as CCNA

• Independent and solution-oriented

• Thrives in a practical and varied work environment

• Good collaboration skills

• Structured and responsible
