We are currently seeking an Finance Assistant for an assignment in Helsingborg with a larger company in the energy sector. The role focuses on supplier invoices and administrative tasks within finance. You will work with invoice flows, internal controls, and contribute to the development and streamlining of routines and processes. The role also includes support in business systems.

Requirements:

Experience with the supplier invoice process
High school education in finance or equivalent
Good ability to communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing

Assets:

Experience with Unit4 ERP
Experience working in a group with multiple companies

Other: The assignment runs between May 4, 2026, and October 4, 2026. The work is initially on-site in Helsingborg with the possibility of remote work 1–2 days per week after the introduction. Selection is ongoing.
