• Part-time at Nordic Wellness Stenugnsund
• In a role where service, sales, and member contact are the focus
• With varying working hours, including evenings and weekends

About the role

As a sales receptionist, you are the face of the club and are responsible for creating a welcoming and inspiring environment. You ensure that every member gets a first-class training experience and that the facility always maintains the highest quality.

Your tasks include:

• Welcoming and assisting members and guests
• Creating a clean, fresh, and pleasant environment at the facility
• Handling the sale of memberships and products
• Contributing to a family-like and positive atmosphere
• Ensuring order and tidiness in the reception and gym areas

The work is varied and requires you to be flexible and self-reliant. No two days are alike, and you will play an important role in creating the best possible training experience for our members.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who:

• Is 18 years or older
• Enjoys meeting people and building good relationships
• Has a positive and service-oriented attitude
• Is flexible and can work days, evenings, and weekends
• Is self-reliant, takes own initiatives, and sees what needs to be done
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Previous experience in service or sales is an asset but not a requirement. The most important thing is your attitude, energy, and willingness to develop!
