Head Waiter at Ekerum

For the summer of 2026, Ekerum Resort Öland is seeking a Head Waiter who wants to contribute to raising our service level, creating memorable experiences, and whose leadership makes both guests and colleagues feel at ease.

About the role: As a Head Waiter in the dining room, you are present, inspiring, and engaged. You make your team grow together with you. You master the art of combining professional finesse with a relaxed and warm approach, turning every evening into an experience for both guests and the team.

Who are we looking for? You are social, passionate about service, and always put the guest first. You are goal-oriented and driven, capable of maintaining focus when the pace is high. For us, service is a combination of feeling, skill, and passion. With your experience and your intuitive touch, you know how to create that magical atmosphere where every detail counts and where every guest feels seen, cared for, and special.

We believe you have at least three years of experience in dining room work and a previous role as a Head Waiter, and that you feel confident in all aspects of service. But above all, we believe in your personality: your positive energy, your passion for service, and your ability to make others feel good.

About us

Looking ahead to 2026, we have new management in the restaurant. A new restaurant manager with extensive experience from restaurants, bars, and nightclubs. A new executive chef with many years of experience from Michelin-starred restaurants in Stockholm. With that said, we are now ready to take the next step, and we hope you want to join us on the journey!

Employment period: Seasonal employment according to increased demand.

Salary according to collective agreement.
