You will join a tight-knit team of at least three people where technical installers and marine electricians work closely together on customer-specific boats. The team is characterized by a wide range of ages and experience levels – here, everyone from vehicle mechanics to HVAC technicians works together.

The role of Technical Installer means you are responsible for assembling the boat's heart. You work in the middle of the construction process, coming in after the hull is manufactured and interior details are completed. The work requires you to read and translate advanced drawings into practical installations with high precision. Since the boats are built to specific customer orders, every project is unique, even though they work towards clear deadlines and quality goals.

• Working hours from Monday to Thursday 07:00–16:30, with an early finish every Friday at 13:30. Flexible hours are also applied Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities

• Installation and assembly of engines and associated equipment
• Piping and commissioning of water, fuel, and heating systems
• Assembly of battery systems, technical components, and instrumentation
• Independent reading and interpretation of system drawings and preparation documents
• Ongoing quality assurance of completed installations in close collaboration with designers and team members

We Are Looking For You Who

• Have a completed technical high school education or equivalent practical experience (e.g., in vehicles, electricity, HVAC, or industry)
• Have a good habit of reading and understanding technical drawings and system diagrams
• Have experience in assembly and technical installation work where accuracy is central, either from previous work experience or during your studies
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions.

It is an advantage if you have

• Experience with marine installations
