The working hours for this position fall within the local pharmacy's opening hours: weekdays 10:00–20:00, Saturdays 10:00–18:00, Sundays 10:00–18:00.

Our pharmacists always work with care, quality, and the customer's needs in focus. In your role with us, you contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits us. In your role, you are responsible for counseling, prescription dispensing, and self-care, and you take responsibility for safety and service in every customer interaction.

In this role, depending on the needs of the operation, you will also have the opportunity to work alternatingly with order preparation. This means that you meet the customer via apoteket.se where you perform the pharmaceutical control of incoming orders. You are located locally at our pharmacy and work for the e-pharmacy in Eskilstuna. This gives you the opportunity for professional development, variety, and flexibility in your work.

• Provide professional counseling and create added value in every customer interaction, with care and understanding for people's different needs.
• Contribute to patient safety and quality in everything you do, so that our customers can feel safe with us.
• Share knowledge and experience with your colleagues – we grow and develop together.
• Stay updated on our range and our campaigns to give customers the best possible help.
• Contribute with ideas and initiatives to develop both the daily work routine and the customer experience at our pharmacy.

For this position, you need to be a licensed pharmacist (receptarie) or a senior pharmacist (apotekare), with a clear interest in people, health, and medicines.

• You have several years of experience from a pharmacy or have just completed your studies.
• You have a special interest in self-care, digital counseling, or quality.
• You have a warm and professional approach where you see every customer.
• You like to collaborate and contribute positively to the team.
