As a merchandiser at SRB Retail House, you are responsible for ensuring that store shelves are always well-stocked and that products are displayed in a sales-oriented manner. Your main tasks include:

• Restocking and maintenance of goods, e.g., confectionery (loose and bagged).
• Checking signage and re-merchandising when necessary.
• Ordering goods and following up on inventory status.
• Contacting store staff and ensuring the store's needs are met.
• Working independently in stores and potentially visiting multiple stores in a single day.

In this role, freedom with responsibility is key. You plan and execute your work independently, while always having support from your area manager and other support functions at SRB Retail House.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who wants to work during summer weeks 21-34. The position is approximately 3-5 hours/week, distributed on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.

To thrive in this role, we expect you to:

• Have an interest in the grocery retail industry and enjoy physically active work.
• Be solution-oriented, communicative, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Enjoy working independently and changing environments during the workday.
• Be an early riser - we start our workdays early in the morning.
• A driver's license and access to your own car are mandatory requirements.
