I am a 9-year-old girl living with my family and our dogs in Kalmar. I am looking for female assistants who enjoy working with children.

About me: I love nature, swimming, and an active lifestyle, and my assistant should share these interests. A large part of my day involves exercise mixed with play and creative activities, and my assistant needs to help inspire me and take initiative in a playful way. I need support with most aspects of my daily life. I have epilepsy, among other things. You will receive an introduction to my condition, but you must feel comfortable administering epilepsy medication when necessary.

About you: I am looking for someone with the physical ability to assist me in various situations. To assist me effectively, you need to be attentive, alert, and resourceful. As a person, you should be solution-oriented, open-minded, enjoy playfulness, be stress-resistant, and reliable. Your communication must be clear, and you need empathy to get to know me and my way of communicating. Since we have dogs, you cannot be allergic. At night, I need supervision in case of seizures.

Desirable qualifications:

• It is desirable that you have a driver's license, but it is not a requirement.
• It is advantageous if you have previous experience working with children with disabilities, but it is not a requirement.
• I communicate using TAKK, an eye-controlled computer, and picture communication, so experience with alternative communication methods is an asset.

Scope: This is an on-call hourly position where you need to be available and flexible to step in on short notice. The work is primarily on weekdays, but weekend shifts also occur. The possibility of a fixed schedule exists. Working hours: Primarily nights between 20:00 and 08:00.

Start date: Immediate or by agreement.
