About the role
As a Solar Panel Installer, you will work practically on installing solar power systems on residential roofs. You are a vital part of our field team and contribute to ensuring our installations maintain high quality from start to finish.

The work includes, among other things, erecting scaffolding, installing mounts and rails, mounting solar panels, and cabling between panels. The work is performed outdoors year-round, requiring both physical fitness and the right mindset.

This role is for you if you enjoy practical work, thrive in a team, and want to contribute to the green transition.

We are looking for you who

• ✔️ Have experience as a solar panel installer (merit, but not required)
• ✔️ Have a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and develop
• ✔️ Enjoy physical work and are comfortable working at heights
• ✔️ Have a service-oriented attitude and take responsibility for your work
• ✔️ Speak Swedish and English
• ✔️ Hold a Class B driver's license
