About the Position
This is a full-time position based on-site in Sollentuna, north of Stockholm. We prefer candidates living in the local area to facilitate commuting and flexibility.

Responsibilities
In the role of Team Leader and IT Support, your tasks will include:
- Managing ongoing dialogue with our partners and suppliers, such as Dustin.
- Ensuring high-quality case handling through good structure and thorough follow-up.
- Developing and maintaining routines.
- Representing the team in internal projects and collaborating cross-functionally with other departments within the group.
- Driving operational work and actively working with 1st and 2nd line support.
- Acting as the right-hand person to the Head of IT Support and stepping in as acting manager when needed.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in IT/Technology or equivalent work experience.
- Leadership experience.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and basic network understanding.
- Good experience with Microsoft products, especially Windows OS and Office 365 in complex environments.
- Experience in service desk or IT support.
- Service-minded, independent, and adaptable to new tasks and work methods.
- Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
- Residing in Norrort or nearby areas with the ability to commute to Sollentuna daily.
- Class B driver's license.
Merits
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dynamics / AX.
- Understanding of Norwegian and/or Danish.

As a person, you should be confident in making your own decisions, able to prioritize under high pressure, and have a solution-focused approach to both technology and organization.
