As a Mortgage Officer with us, you will work in a wonderful team of nine people, where we jointly drive mortgage sales in the Swedish market. We receive applications from brokers and from customers searching directly on our website; we perform assessments and calculations, and follow applications all the way to disbursement. In parallel, we maintain contact with customers and brokers to create long-term relationships and contribute to the team's well-being and success. 🤝🏽

This role is a temporary position for approximately 1 year to cover parental leave.

About the role: As a Mortgage Officer, you are a vital part of the team, responsible for driving sales and managing applications in the Swedish mortgage market. You work closely with both customers and brokers, contributing to both individual and collective goals. 🌟

Main responsibilities:

• Receive and assess applications from brokers and perform calculations

• Request supplementary information and compile applications for credit decisions

• Process applications and convert them into disbursed loans

• Maintain ongoing contact with customers and build relationships with brokers

• Work towards individual goals and the team's collective goals (sales and customer satisfaction)

• Participate in improvement work and development projects within the team

Who are you?

• Experience in sales and mortgages

• Experience working towards set goals and KPIs

• Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English

It is an advantage if you have:

• Post-secondary education in economics, law, or real estate brokerage

• Previous experience working at a niche bank
