With us, you will become part of an internal service desk supporting all of Eccera's clients, both Swedish and international. The work is primarily conducted in Danish, Swedish, and English – and if you also speak Norwegian, you are warmly welcome to apply. Your Responsibilities
As a Danish-speaking IT Support Technician, you will work broadly with IT support in Microsoft environments and support our clients via phone, email, and remote control. You will, among other things:
- Manage users and accounts in AD and Entra ID (groups, permissions, passwords, MFA, and computer objects)
- Administer and update licenses, mail groups, and distribution lists in M365
- Troubleshoot clients, apps, and installations (e.g., Teams, Outlook, Office, and various add-ons)
- Support with simple Intune issues and client management
- Provide remote support to users via various remote control tools
- Troubleshoot Windows clients, mobiles, and tablets
- Handle simple network, printer, and update-related problems
- Perform basic work in server and virtual environments for certain clients
Location & Working Hours
You can work from our office in Stockholm or Linköping.
The work is done in a rolling three-shift system, as follows:
Night
- 19:00–07:00
- Worked Monday to Sunday for a full week
- Then off for a full week
Day
- 07:00–16:00
- Worked Monday to Friday
Evening
- 10:00–19:00 Monday–Friday
- 07:00–19:00 during weekend shifts (Sat–Sun)
- After weekend shifts, you are off for two days
- Then you work three days before the schedule rolls forward
Weekend work is always included during the evening week.
Your Profile
We believe you are a person who likes to solve problems, provide service, and create security in the daily life of users. You are communicative, structured, and thrive in a role where cases vary and the pace is sometimes high.
Requirements
- Fluent in Danish, Swedish, and English
- Experience with IT support, service desk, or similar role
- Good understanding of Windows environments
- Good knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365
- Good communication skills both verbally and in writing
Merits
- Experience with Intune or other client management
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- Knowledge in networking, remote control, or SCCM
- Norwegian speaker
