On behalf of our client, we are currently seeking a Finance Assistant for an established company located in Örkelljunga. Here, you are offered a broad role within a business with a stable foundation and varied tasks.

About the Role

As a Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for both accounts receivable and accounts payable. You will become part of the finance function and work continuously with finance-related tasks in a role with many points of contact.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• Current Accounting
• Invoicing
• Reconciliations
• Support with monthly closing

The position is based in Örkelljunga. Travel to other locations may occur as needed.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone with relevant education in finance and experience with similar tasks.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

• Experience with accounts receivable and/or accounts payable
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both written and spoken

Experience with Monitor G5 is considered an asset.

As a person, you are meticulous, structured, and service-oriented. You thrive in a role with many points of contact and have good collaboration skills.
