About the position

Our client within sustainability is currently looking for a service-minded IT Support specialist in first line to support their operations during the Christmas period. As an IT Support Technician, you will be involved in various smaller projects within IT support, including providing classic support to users, installing and configuring network components, as well as troubleshooting software and hardware. This means you will have varied tasks that may involve support over the phone as well as via field visits, so you should be flexible and used to working at a fast pace.

The assignment is full-time and performed on-site in Sollentuna, north of Stockholm. We prefer that you live in the surrounding area to facilitate commuting and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Manning the service desk and handling incoming cases within 1st line support
• Troubleshooting problems related to hardware and business-specific applications
• Working independently with technical troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Participating in IT-related projects and management assignments
• Documenting routines, instructions, and solutions in a structured manner
• Collaborating with internal teams and communicating with external suppliers when necessary

We are looking for you who

• Have a few years of experience working within service desk/IT support
• Have knowledge of ITIL processes and basic network understanding
• Have good experience with Microsoft products, especially Windows OS and Office 365 in complex environments
• Have experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow)
• Are service-minded and driven to help users
• Have good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
• Live in Norrort or nearby areas with the ability to commute to Sollentuna daily
• Hold a B driver's license

It is a merit if you have

• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (ERP)
