We are currently seeking an experienced and self-reliant Payroll Administrator for a project where you will work with the entire payroll process. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in their competence, accustomed to working independently, and thrives in a service-oriented function supporting the organization with payroll matters.

About the role As a Payroll Administrator, you are responsible for the operational payroll management from start to finish. You will handle payroll preparation and ensure that all underlying data is correct prior to payroll runs. An important part of the role is also to support employees and managers by answering questions related to payroll and reporting.

Examples of responsibilities:

• Administration of necessary personnel matters to facilitate payroll preparation
• Review and follow-up of attendance reporting
• Payroll preparation, review, and verification of timesheets/attestations
• Review and control of commission data
• Review and control of expense reports
• Ensuring expense reports comply with company policy
• Ensuring expense reports comply with current laws and regulations
• Ensuring payroll disbursements
• Reporting to pension companies and FORA
• Reporting and follow-up to various member organizations
• Archiving of payroll documents according to company procedures
• Updating procedure descriptions when routines change

Your background, experience, and competence

• Several years of experience as a Payroll Administrator
• Very good experience working in Hogia Lön
• Experience handling attendance reporting, expenses, and travel claims
• Confident in the role and accustomed to working independently

What we offer This is a consulting assignment starting immediately, initially lasting for at least 6 months, with the possibility of extension up to 1 year. The assignment can be performed at approximately 75–100%. The work is carried out on-site at the client's location in central Uppsala, where there are also good parking facilities.
