ABOUT IGF BIOGAS

Since the 1930s, IGF has delivered high-quality products for gas handling. Now, they are investing in local biogas production, giving food producers and farms across the country the opportunity to convert biological waste into energy – entirely locally. Customers range from agriculture and the food industry to municipalities and other actors in the public sector.

The team at the office in Linköping currently consists of 10 friendly colleagues. ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Plant Designer at IGF Biogas, you are offered a varied and technically challenging role where you will work on the planning, design, and development of biogas plants and associated systems. Your focus will be on construction and design, but you will also take an active role in project management of both new and existing biogas plants, as well as the installation of gas components. There is plenty of room to develop and grow in this role!

You will, among other things, work with:

• Planning, plant design, and development of biogas plants

• Planning of systems related to the company's product sales

• Ensuring gas safety in plants and systems

• Purchasing of services, systems, and components

• Investigations and work with permit issues

• Technical support, assistance, and maintenance

• Project management during installations and modifications of plants

• Pre-sales support to colleagues regarding the sales and marketing of biogas plants and consulting/training services

For the role of Plant Designer, we are looking for someone who thrives in a broad and responsible role where you can combine technical competence with structure and problem-solving. To fit the role, we also believe you have:

• Technical education at university/college level, University College, or equivalent experience

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role

• Knowledge in process design, preferably from the biogas or water/waste sector

• Experience with AutoCAD

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Class B driver's license
