Wrknest is currently seeking a Critical Technician for a modern data center in Rosersberg. This is a broad and varied role where you will work closely with the daily operations of the facility. The focus is on ensuring stable infrastructure for power, cooling, backup power, UPS systems, switchgear, and building functions, while also handling alarms, incidents, preventive maintenance, and improvement projects.

We are primarily looking for a secure and technically curious individual who understands how an advanced facility functions as a whole. You do not need to be a specialist in a single area, but you must have a genuine interest in technology, good problem-solving skills, and a willingness to take responsibility in an environment where every decision matters.

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and developing the critical infrastructure within the data center. You will work both operationally in daily operations and with planned technical interventions together with colleagues, suppliers, and other functions on-site.

Among other things, you will:

• Monitor operational status, alarms, and deviations via BMS and other control systems

• Handle incidents, troubleshooting, and acute operational disturbances

• Perform planned and corrective maintenance on UPS, generators, switchgear, battery systems, ventilation, and cooling systems

• Participate in risk assessments, emergency procedures, and operational processes

• Contribute to installations, upgrades, and replacement of technical equipment

• Ensure that the building's infrastructure functions for both server halls and office areas

• Collaborate with external suppliers, security, fire protection, and other operational partners

• Participate in improvement work regarding automation, BMS, switches, nodes, and other building technical equipment

• Contribute to daily teamwork with both technical and practical tasks at the facility

• Have experience with electricity, building technology, and operations at data centers, industry, or other technical operations

• Have a good understanding of critical infrastructure and technical systems

• Have experience with troubleshooting and working with alarms or control systems

• Speak and write English fluently

• Can work shifts and are open to working mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends as needed

• Have a Class B driver's license

• Electrical background or electrical authorization

• Experience with UPS, generators, switchgear, or backup power

• Knowledge in ventilation, cooling, or fire protection

• Experience with BMS, automation, or building control

• ESA, hot work, lift card, or forklift license

• Experience from data centers or other 24/7 critical operational environments

• Swedish spoken
