Responsibilities

As an Integration Specialist within E-commerce, you work in a business-close role where you are responsible for driving customer integrations from start to finished solution. You are involved in the entire process, from understanding the customer's needs and proposing the right integration solution to ensuring that the implementation works in practice.

You act as a bridge between business and IT, working closely with both internal teams and external parties. The role also involves responsibility for further developing and improving existing solutions and contributing to increased digitalization and automation for customers.

Examples of tasks:

• Drive the implementation of customer integrations from design to go-live.
• Participate in sales dialogues and propose integration solutions (API, EDI, plugins).
• Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Coordinate between business, IT, and external partners.
• Manage and improve integrations after go-live.

Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

• Post-secondary education in IT, computer science, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with integration solutions (API, EDI, or plugins) is a plus.
• Ability to work at the intersection of business and technology.
• Good understanding of complex IT environments.
• Experience in E-commerce is a plus.
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

To succeed in this role, you need to be confident in the dialogue between technology and business. You take responsibility for driving the work forward, even when multiple stakeholders are involved. You are good at creating structure in complex situations and can prioritize without losing sight of the big picture.

At the same time, you build trust in collaborations, both internally and externally, by being clear in your communication and responsive to different needs.
