About the RoleYou will step into a central role where well-functioning change and release processes are crucial for stable deliveries in complex IT environments within the insurance sector. Here, you will combine operational coordination with improvement work and help create structure in how changes are planned, implemented, and followed up. You will work closely with the nearest team, SAFe teams in the train, and external suppliers, while also maintaining important forums such as the CAB. This role is suitable for you who thrive when processes need to work in practice and who enjoy seeing how working methods can be streamlined and automated without compromising quality. Responsibilities- You support and drive the daily work within the release process and contribute to the team's delivery.
- You support the change process operationally and ensure that activities are carried out in a structured manner.
- You plan, coordinate, implement, and follow up on changes in various IT environments.
- You manage the CAB and contribute to ensuring that the right decisions and priorities can be made at the right time.
- You identify improvement opportunities and drive the work to optimize release, change, and production deployment in line with the company's agile working methods.
- You contribute to automating current processes while maintaining quality.
- You collaborate closely with both internal teams and external suppliers to create smooth and sustainable deliveries.
- Experience working with change and release processes in IT environments.
- Ability to drive operational process activities, including planning, implementation, and follow-up of changes.
- Experience managing a CAB or equivalent forum for change control.
- Experience with continuous improvement work related to release, change, and production deployment.
- Understanding of agile working methods and collaboration with SAFe teams.
- Ability to contribute to the automation of processes while maintaining quality.
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English.
