We are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant for one of our clients in Kalmar. You will work actively according to clear, established routines both in our client's home and during various activities. High work ethic and a strong sense of responsibility are required.

We prefer that you have experience working within healthcare and social services; previous experience as a personal assistant is an asset. The client or their representative chooses their own assistants, and great importance is placed on personality.

Safety and trust between you and the client, as well as in your tasks, are ensured through thorough introduction sessions.

The client is a 38-year-old woman living in her own apartment in Kalmar. She needs your help with everything that belongs to daily life. In addition to routines at home, she would like you to accompany her on walks, participate in activities, visit acquaintances, or enjoy coffee in town. When working with her, she needs your full focus, and you will often work together with a colleague.

To work well with our client, you need to possess qualities such as attentiveness, patience, the ability to collaborate, and a consistent mindset.

Working hours: Days, evenings, weekends, and awake nights.

Language requirements: Speak and write Swedish.

Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the final application deadline.
