💼 Responsibilities

As a property technician, you will have a varied day-to-day where you serve as the tenants' primary contact person. You are responsible for receiving and resolving fault reports and service requests, while ensuring a high level of service and a positive attitude. The role includes daily inspections and supervision of properties, maintenance, service, and documentation of completed work in Vitec.

You are also responsible for SBA (systematic fire protection work) and other statutory safety checks together with the property manager. In addition, the role includes inspection of apartments and key/fob management. The work is primarily carried out in the areas of Hermodsdal and Lindängen, where you ensure operations and contribute to creating safe and well-functioning properties.

• Handle and resolve fault reports and service requests

• Daily inspections, supervision, maintenance, and care of properties

• Responsible for SBA and other statutory safety checks

• Document work in Vitec and manage fobs and keys

• Be the tenants' primary contact person and ensure high service

🔍 Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Several years of work experience in a role with similar tasks or within a similar technical service profession

• Experience working with residential properties is an asset

• Good computer and system skills

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written

• Class B driver's license
