We are currently seeking experienced and service-oriented banquet waiters/waitresses/serving staff for assignments with our clients. This position is a temporary employment role and requires that you have another primary occupation, such as studies, your own business, or other employment.

About the Role

This position is ideal for you if you thrive in restaurant and event environments, take pride in your profession, and are passionate about providing guests and groups with a professional and memorable experience. The work involves varying hours, primarily scheduled for evenings and weekends, often in connection with large bookings, conferences, and events.

The work takes place in professional environments where service, structure, and collaboration are central. In the role of banquet service, you are responsible for serving large groups, such as dinners, conferences, weddings, and events. You work according to given service schedules and are responsible for serving food and beverages, setting and clearing tables, and ensuring a smooth and efficient service flow. Collaboration with the kitchen, head waiter, and other staff is a natural part of the work, as is contributing to a well-organized and pleasant environment for the guests. It is essential to be punctual, able to listen and receive instructions, and knowledgeable about special dietary requirements.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone with documented experience in banquet service or similar serving work who is accustomed to working in a structured manner in a sometimes fast-paced environment. You are self-reliant, responsible, and have a clear focus on service. With a professional and positive approach, you create a sense of security for guests and contribute to good teamwork.

You are flexible, punctual, and meticulous, and you enjoy a role where service and collaboration are at the center. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English.
