Torgtandvården Oxelösund

Now is the opportunity to become a partner in Praktikertjänst and run the Torgtandvården clinic in the archipelago town of Oxelösund. Here you will enjoy proximity to the sea and beautiful natural surroundings. Currently, Torgtandvården employs 1 dentist, 1 hygienist, and two dental nurses across four treatment rooms, serving approximately 1,400 registered patients.

As a partner, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the clinic.

Within Praktikertjänst, you will have access to a network of specialists in various areas, including safety, legal affairs, HR, real estate, administration, finance, IT and telephony, quality, communication, procurement, pensions, and environment. As part of your role, you will be responsible for the clinic's performance, which includes creating a budget and managing financial results.

Responsibilities

• Lead and allocate work for the staff
• Work clinically as a dentist
• Staff management, goal setting, development dialogues, and salary negotiations
• Recruitment as needed
• Ensure staff have sufficient knowledge and work on competence development
• Responsibility for the work environment

Qualifications

• Licensed dentist
• 3-5 years of professional experience
• Good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written

We are looking for an educated dentist. You are a reliable person who enjoys working with various patient groups and is well-versed in diagnostics and treatment planning. You are a skilled clinician who considers it a given to combine high-quality dental care with excellent patient service.
