We are currently building our capabilities in customer and market analysis and are looking for someone who wants to be part of it from the start. Here, you will play a key role in developing how we work in a data-driven manner and help set the direction forward. You will become part of a team in the making where curiosity, technology, and testing new ways of working, especially within AI, are a natural part of everyday life. At the same time, you will work in an operation where what we do every day affects people's daily lives and the functioning of society.

About the role As an analyst, you will work closely with the business and contribute to turning data into concrete decisions and improvements. You will help us understand what drives customer behavior, business impact, and results in our digital channels and customer interactions, as well as what we should do differently as a result.

The role is broad and business-oriented. You will work closely with the customer and market analysis team to develop dashboards and visualizations, conduct in-depth analyses, and test new approaches.

You will also collaborate with other parts of digital products to develop our channels and interfaces – with a focus on, for example, increased conversion, reduced churn, strengthened brand awareness, and more customers choosing self-service. You will also have broad contact points within the business, for example in electricity trading, electricity grids, and district heating.

Among other things, you will:

• analyze customer, usage, and market data
• generate insights, recommendations, and hypotheses that form the basis for prioritization
• build dashboards and visualizations that make data accessible and useful
• conduct in-depth analyses and experiments to understand what creates impact
• explore how AI and automation can streamline the analysis work
• make analysis understandable and useful for the business

Who are you? You are an analytical and curious person with a strong drive to develop both yourself and ways of working. You thrive in a role where you get to interpret data, draw conclusions, and contribute with insights that make a difference. As a person, you are problem-solving, proactive, and collaborative. You find it easy to make the complex understandable and feel confident in raising your insights and recommendations in dialogue with others.

We are looking for someone with the right drive, curiosity, and willingness to develop together with us. For us, potential, learning ability, and engagement are just as important as experience.

We believe you bring:

• relevant post-secondary education in, for example, data science, statistics, systems science, or similar
• experience of working with data analysis
• the ability to identify patterns, create insights, and communicate them in a way that leads to action
• a strong personal drive and a willingness to develop in line with changes in both the business and the external environment

It is an advantage to have knowledge in, for example, Python, SQL, or Power BI, an understanding of digital development (e.g., agile working methods and analysis in product development), and an interest in how AI can be used practically in analysis and insight work.
