About the role In this role, you will define, develop, and maintain that our customers use a secure and robust network. Together with your colleagues in the team, you will develop our cyber defense by working long-term to ensure that the network and our systems meet all security requirements in Sweden and Denmark. Our network is moving towards increasingly automated monitoring where the large volume of data requires ever more efficient ways of working. We are facing a challenging and exciting transformation journey!

Since security and operations are both proactive, event-driven, and routine, you enjoy "the heat of the moment" but strive to create predictability. You independently manage your tasks together with the team, and you will also have close collaboration with colleagues within the network organization and, in some cases, suppliers. The role is operational and varied, suitable for someone who likes to work broadly within their field, with a focus on execution.

A bit more about you

We are looking for an experienced cybersecurity specialist with the ability to handle complex security challenges. You have hands-on experience with the Elastic Stack, preferably via ECK, and can set up, configure, and manage the platform for SIEM and observability. You are accustomed to log collection, indexing, visualization, and creating effective detection rules that strengthen monitoring and security capabilities in production environments.

You have broad knowledge of threats such as ransomware, phishing, and DDoS attacks, and experience from telecom or other critical infrastructure is considered an asset. As a person, you are self-reliant, meticulous, and action-oriented. With good communication skills and a drive to challenge and improve ways of working, you contribute to raising both the team's and the organization's security level.

To stand out a little extra, you have experience with Kubernetes and/or OpenShift – for example, deployment, operations, and troubleshooting in containerized environments.
