About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you will play a central role in the customer's service experience. You will be the link between the customer and the workshop, and your task will be to ensure that every customer receives professional and personal service. Currently, we are primarily looking for someone with previous experience in vehicle technical work, such as a car mechanic, as this workshop places high demands on technical understanding. Your main duties include booking services and repairs, receiving customers, advising on service actions, and handling invoicing and follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Driver's license B (manual)

• Experienced with telephone and computer as work tools, MS Office

• Good knowledge of Kobra, Automaster, WinAssist, Elsa, or equivalent systems.

• Experience in the role of Vehicle Mechanic, Service Advisor, or Personal Service Technician

• Knowledge in CABAS, spare parts, or warranty handling is an asset.
