Do you want to play a central role in our largest deals and drive bidding processes that make a real difference? We are looking for a Bid Manager to lead the work on public tenders and major deals within facility services, from initial analysis to winning bids.

About the role

As a Bid Manager, you are responsible for project managing and coordinating the entire bidding process, ensuring that MIAB submits competitive, quality-assured, and commercially sound bids. You will qualify business opportunities, drive bidding projects, and ensure that all requirements according to the Public Procurement Act (LOU) and internal guidelines are met.

The role also includes proactive work through networking, process improvement, and supporting the business on procurement-related matters. The position is cross-functional and involves close collaboration with sales, operations, finance, HR, and management.

You are offered a hybrid workplace and can be based in any of the following locations: Linköping, Stockholm, Gävle, Gothenburg, Malmö, or Norrköping.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and qualify tenders and create a rolling procurement calendar
• Lead bidding projects including schedules, meetings, and allocation of responsibilities
• Write and compile bid texts and ensure compliance with LOU requirements
• Coordinate operational and technical content with internal specialists
• Support costing, pricing, and competitive analysis
• Quality assure attachments, documents, and bid deliveries
• Execute correct submission and follow up on won/lost deals
• Network with procurers and develop processes and documentation

Your profile

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in driving bidding projects, preferably within public procurement
• Strong skills in costing, pricing, and business analysis
• Excellent structure, project management skills, and focus on quality
• Good communication and writing skills

As a person, you are self-reliant, analytical, solution-oriented, and confident in complex business environments. Experience from facility services, contracting, or service-intensive operations is an asset.
