What will you be working on?

As a support specialist, you will handle incoming cases regarding mobile telephony for several customers and serve as an important link between the customer and the business. The work is conducted via telephone, case management systems, and face-to-face interactions.

You will work closely with your colleagues but also enjoy taking personal responsibility when the situation requires it.

The work is based at our main workplace in Västerås, and the role also involves travel to Ludvika.

Your main tasks include:

  • Receiving and handling incoming cases in a professional and service-oriented manner
  • Following up on cases and providing feedback to the customer according to applicable SLAs
  • Providing technical support for mobile telephony and printers
  • Daily administration and problem-solving in a high and varied pace
  • Contributing with improvement suggestions to develop our service and working methods

You are flexible, stress-resistant, and take responsibility for your tasks – both independently and together with colleagues.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience with mobile telephony and/or other service work within the service industry, where you are used to working close to the customer and delivering high-quality service
  • Very good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Experience working in case management systems and the ability to handle several parallel cases simultaneously
  • Driver's license B is an asset

  • Employment type: Permanent employment
  • Employment level: 100%
  • Working hours: Monday-Friday, office hours
  • Start date: As agreed
  • Probation period: 6 months
