Job Opportunity: Pizzaiolo on Käringön – Wine Café & Pizzeria

Do you have pizza in your blood, want to work with real doughs, and have a palate better than most? Then maybe you are our new Pizzaiolo?
We run two businesses on the idyllic Käringön.
In the harbor lies our little Wine Café—we call it that because it is a wonderful combination of a wine bar, a pizzeria, and a local hangout. It is located right on the pier in the best possible spot. Here we serve stone-baked "Neapolitan" pizzas, delicious appetizers, and strong espresso, as well as a vast selection of fine wines by the glass.
We are now looking for someone to take care of baking the pizza, preparing the doughs, and managing the oven! We take great pride in our pizza and work exclusively with ingredients of the highest quality. The doughs ferment for at least 24 hours and are baked quickly at high heat. It is a true craft!
If you lack experience but have a talent for cooking and want to learn the craft from the ground up, you can go far with enthusiasm and the right attitude.
