Prefabtrappan Sverige AB specializes in concrete stairs primarily for the Swedish market and is now seeking a Technical Business Manager with experience in concrete elements. Here, you will become part of a flat organization with short decision-making paths where everyone is involved in the company's development and how the business is driven forward.

The Role As a Technical Business Manager, you will handle incoming inquiries and tenders, calculate projects, and drive the business forward together with the team. You will be the account manager for the customers and projects you work with, following up on quotes, dialogues, and ongoing business in a structured manner. The role involves close collaboration with our designers, where you contribute to developing solutions and documentation for the customer. Travel may occur, but the majority of the work is done at the computer.

Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone who thrives in a role where technology and business go hand in hand and where you take clear responsibility for your business. You work in a structured and goal-oriented manner, have a good ability to follow up, and drive assignments all the way from quote to completed deal. You preferably have experience and good knowledge within the prefabricated industry, which allows you to quickly get up to speed on projects and conduct a qualified dialogue with both the customer and the designer. It is also an advantage if you are familiar with AutoCAD and can use it to support work with simpler documentation and solutions. As a person, you are responsible, professional in your customer dialogue, and contribute to good teamwork.

The Company Prefabtrappan Sverige AB is a strongly growing company that has specialized in the manufacture of concrete stairs primarily for the Swedish market. The company was established in 2018 and currently has 24 employees.

Requirements

• Experience from the concrete industry

• Good Swedish in speech and writing

• Basic English

• Class B driver's license

Merits

• Experience with concrete elements/prefabrication

• Knowledge of AutoCAD

• Previous experience in account management/sales

• Experience with tendering and technical customer dialogues
