About the Role

Our client is one of Sweden's largest and most important actors in energy and infrastructure. They are currently driving a high-profile initiative aimed at developing and testing capability-based planning in practice. The project runs until June 30, 2026, offering you a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience within a large and complex organization.

In this role, you will be a key player in a dedicated working group. Your main assignment is to support the team by producing relevant, sharp, and well-packaged material that drives the project forward and leads to concrete decisions.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will work operationally at the intersection of data analysis and presentation. Your tasks will include:

• Create decision support and presentations: Develop and design clear, well-structured PowerPoint presentations that communicate insights effectively.
• Handle and analyze data: Work with advanced Excel spreadsheets, including data modeling, pivot tables, and Power Query.
• Visualize insights: Create and maintain simple reports and visualizations in Power BI.
• Structure information: Compile data from capability maps and gap analyses to link them to strategic initiatives within the organization.

We are looking for you who

To succeed and thrive in this role, we believe you are at the beginning of your career but have already built a strong technical and analytical foundation. You enjoy making the complex simple and have an eye for both numbers and graphic design.

Requirements for the role:

• 0-2 years of experience working with analysis, BI, or controlling. We view experience from relevant internships or thesis projects very positively!
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and basic to intermediate knowledge of Power BI.
• Good knowledge of PowerPoint with a talent and sense for presentation design.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. You have a proven ability to write concisely, clearly, and to the point.

It is an advantage if you have

• A basic understanding of portfolio management and/or benefit-risk analysis.
• Experience with SQL, DAX, and Azure DevOps.
• Previous work experience, internships, or thesis projects within the energy or infrastructure sector.
