Bengt Dahlgren is one of Sweden's leading technical consulting firms and specializes in technical advisory services and the design of fire suppression systems. They help their customers build safety through everything from tenant fit-outs to more complex projects. As a Responsible Project Manager, you will have an important role acting as the link between the Project Manager and the Designers. You will have a driving role and technical responsibility in projects where you ensure they deliver the highest quality to their customers, while also helping to develop their internal working methods.

Responsibilities

• Actively drive and develop sprinkler assignments with responsibility for everything from planning to final design and documentation.
• Lead and delegate work to designers while ensuring technical safety and high quality assurance in projects.
• Develop good and long-term customer relationships through dialogue and high availability, as well as identify opportunities for upselling in your projects.
• Contribute to continuous learning by sharing your knowledge and experiences within the organization.
• Participate in tendering work and budget preparation within your authorization.

We are looking for you who

• Have an academic education as an engineer or equivalent technical competence gained through work experience
• Have five years of work experience in the sprinkler industry, preferably as a project manager
• Are fluent in Swedish both orally and in writing, and have good knowledge of English
• Have good knowledge of MagiCAD for AutoCAD and Revit

It is a merit if you have

• Previous experience working as a project manager in larger projects
