About the Role

As a Logistics Coordinator at Husqvarna Construction, you will become part of an engaged team within Central Customer Service. The department is responsible for order registration, deliveries, invoicing, and customs handling for exports. You will work in a dynamic and service-oriented role with many contact points, both internally and externally. Here you will have the opportunity to work globally and contribute to ensuring high customer satisfaction. The role involves a high pace where prioritization skills and structure are crucial for success.

The team consists of 8 people with the same role, where responsibilities are distributed based on different countries and modes of transport. The working language is English and the environment is international. The assignment initially runs until the turn of the year, but there is a good chance of extension. As the start is immediate, we require you to be based in the Gothenburg area with good communication to Jonsered, where the office is located.

Responsibilities

In the role of Logistics Coordinator, you will handle order registration, transport planning for global deliveries, export documentation, and support financial transactions. You are a key player in ensuring smooth logistics flows for our global customers.

• Register incoming internal and external orders
• Plan and book transports for global deliveries
• Work with export documentation
• Handle intercompany sales
• Handle debit and credit transactions
• Work in our CRM tool for case management, including prioritization and distribution of cases

We Are Looking For Someone Who

• Has documented experience as a Logistics Coordinator (1–3 years)
• Has advanced skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Has the ability to work meticulously, organized, and solution-oriented even under high pressure
• Can build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across team boundaries
• Is proactive and customer-focused with the ability to see long-term solutions and go the extra mile
• Has good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, especially Excel
• Has experience working with CRM systems

It is Meritorious If You Have

• Experience from a customer service role
• Knowledge of additional languages
• Worked with logistics flows in an international environment
