Job Description

As a group manager at Vasallparken and Atlasvägen, you combine administrative leadership with being present in the daily care work. You are a role model who leads through your own actions and creates a work climate characterized by the Humana spirit: engagement, responsibility, and joy.

• Close Leadership: You have personnel and planning responsibility for your group. Your focus is to support, give feedback, and ensure quality in operations according to Humana's methods.

• Development: Actively participate in operational development and quality work. Collaborate and exchange experiences with colleagues, group managers, and the operations manager. You are part of the local management team and report to the operations manager.

• Structure: You are responsible for the department's financial frameworks, such as hours, staffing, and direct costs, as well as leading department meetings and participating in team meetings.

• Working Hours: The position involves day, evening, and weekend shifts. Approx. 40% administrative work, 60% care work.

You have the ability to see the big picture and a good ability to take your own initiatives. You are used to documentation and work with quality as a guiding principle. We believe it is important that you are a relationship builder with good collaboration skills and a positive attitude.

We want you as a group manager to:

• Be skilled at both giving and receiving feedback.

• Be humble, quick to learn, and have a positive attitude towards development.

• Be independent but also collaborative and responsive.

• Be business-minded and have the ability to steer and follow up on operations based on quality goals and financial frameworks.

• Have good computer skills and speak and write fluent Swedish.

• Be an educated nurse assistant with leadership experience in elderly care.

It is an advantage if you have:

Experience of leadership within elderly care, but great importance is placed on personal suitability, your engagement for people, and your willingness to grow with us.

About the position:

Working hours and employment rate: Day, evening, and weekend - 100%.

Employment type: Permanent employment, we apply a six-month probation period.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits according to collective agreement (Vision).

Start date: September 1st or by agreement.

A prerequisite for starting employment with us at Humana is that you as an applicant can present a valid ID document and any documents that confirm the right to work in Sweden.
