About the role

As Unit Manager in our line organization, you lead approximately 25 employees and consultants, creating the conditions for your team to create value within our agile network organization.

You have personnel, operational, and budgetary responsibility for the unit. You report to the Section Manager and are part of the section's management group, which currently consists of 2 units.

In the role of Unit Manager, your most important task is to create the conditions for your employees, both as individuals and as a team, to work and develop in the right direction. We are an organization in growth and change, and you are a key person in creating security in the forward direction. You work closely with your fellow managers, and you support and receive support from each other.

About the unit

The Unit for Collaboration Architecture and UX is responsible for developing sector architecture/collaboration architecture for information exchange between actors within the sector. The unit is also responsible for IT architecture within the department's area of operations, as well as work within the national architecture council. Additionally, the unit is responsible for digital accessibility, UI/UX, and service design related to the department's digital services.

You belong to the Department of Digital Infrastructure, Section for Service Development. The department has approximately 130 employees and is responsible for coordinating a national digital infrastructure, developing the joint digital information supply for healthcare, social services, and dental care nationally and internationally.

About you

We are looking for someone who is secure and clear in their leadership. You are collaboration-oriented and build relationships at all levels of the organization. You lead change and bring ideas on how the operations and individuals can be developed. In your change leadership, you are strategic and take a holistic perspective. It is second nature to you to take responsibility for both your own work and for decisions made.

We are looking for someone who has:

• An academic education of at least 180 hp (120 hp in the old system) as a Civil Engineer or System Scientist, or equivalent work experience
• Current experience as a manager
• Current experience with agile working methods
• Experience coordinating development work and collaboration architecture
• Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

The following is meritorious for the position:

• Experience working within the care, health, or social care sector
• Experience working with information exchange in an ecosystem with different types of actors
• Experience with software development, either by having worked as a system developer yourself, or by having worked closely with development teams
• Experience with strategic architecture work, e.g., within an EA function.
