Do you want to work in a broad, business-oriented legal role where you can make a real difference for entrepreneurs? We are now recruiting a Legal Case Handler for a newly established position. Here, you will be offered a varied daily routine with close client contact, significant responsibility, and excellent opportunities to develop within both law and related fields.

ABOUT THE COMPANY

An established accounting firm in Kronoberg with broad competence in finance, auditing, and law is now looking for its next colleague. Here, accounting consultants, payroll consultants, auditors, and lawyers work together to provide clients with comprehensive support. The clients are primarily owner-managed companies across a wide range of industries, which means great variation in assignments and inquiries. Services offered include accounting, tax, auditing, and legal advisory. At the beginning of this recruitment process, the employer is confidential.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Legal Case Handler, you will have a varied role with a focus on legal case handling, administration, and client-facing work. You will work broadly within corporate law and related areas, with a high degree of variation in cases. You will have the opportunity to work on international assignments and handle legal issues in both local and cross-border contexts. In this role, you will work closely with your colleagues and regularly coordinate cases together.

Examples of tasks include:

  • Handling legal cases and assignments
  • Drafting and reviewing agreements, such as shareholder agreements and share transfers
  • Corporate matters and corporate documentation, such as minutes
  • Contact and cases with authorities, primarily the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket) and the Swedish Tax Agency (Skatteverket)
  • Administrative tasks such as document management and archiving

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a legal education, for example in business law or an equivalent qualification. You must have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. You should have good IT skills and hold a B driver's license, as occasional travel to other offices and, in some cases, to clients may occur.

It is an asset if you have experience in business law, tax law, or generational and ownership transfers, particularly within the forestry and agriculture sectors. We highly value a background from, for example, a public authority, a company, or an auditing and consulting firm. We also view positively if you have an understanding of economics, for example within annual reporting and estate inventories. If needed, we also welcome an interest in supporting other parts of the business, for example in bookkeeping, year-end closing, etc.

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

We place great importance on your personal attributes. To thrive in this role, we believe you are adaptable and flexible, with an analytical ability that allows you to see the big picture and different perspectives in your work. You work independently but also enjoy close collaboration with colleagues.

You have a high sense of responsibility and are meticulous and structured in your working methods. You are always keen to build trusting and long-term relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners. Furthermore, you are communicative and feel confident in client contact while having excellent language skills and the ability to express yourself well.

WHAT WE OFFER

Here, you will have the opportunity to work in a broad and developmental role where you encounter many different types of legal questions. Variation and collaboration are a natural part of daily life – and you will become an important part of the firm's continued development.

The employment is full-time and permanent with an initial probationary period. Working hours are during office hours, and the position is based at the current office. Start date is immediate or by agreement.

Does this sound like a job for you? Then we look forward to receiving your application.

The application deadline is April 30, but do not wait to apply as selection is ongoing.
