RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a Contract Coordinator to join our team at Vidingehem. You will become part of our Contract/External Environment Department and play a key role in managing the common areas of our property portfolio. We offer a varied role where you contribute to the quality of life for our residents.

You will work on our operational planning for areas such as cleaning services and parking, as well as follow up on associated contractor agreements. Our department also handles external maintenance and waste/recycling, which may be partially included in this role.

You will be responsible for cost monitoring and the execution of agreements, steering towards the department's goals. You will contribute to our development work regarding new methods and processes for our department. We expect you to work towards developing long-term and good relationships with our partners and our tenants.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for candidates with a technical education at least at the upper secondary level. Experience in a similar role within property management, green space maintenance, waste management, and environmental issues is required. A valid driver's license (Class B) is mandatory.

To thrive in this role, you should have a strong interest and knowledge of the requirements for environmental issues, parking, and cleaning services. As the area of responsibility is broad, you should be a curious person who enjoys learning new areas of knowledge.

You have a strong ability to collaborate and build relationships while maintaining a professional approach with a high sense of service and quality. You possess good financial understanding, are organized, and take initiative for continuous improvements. You are quick to learn, open-minded, and positive.

OTHER INFORMATION

As a permanent employee, you will typically be designated for military service placement within our organization.
