About the workplace

In the Home Healthcare South area, a team of nurses works with a strong focus on the patient. We operate from newly renovated premises on Landskronavägen.

One of our colleagues will soon be on parental leave, but we have chosen to hire a permanent replacement for the interim period.

Responsibilities

As a nurse with us, you will work to enable individuals to live as independently as possible.

You will assist in assessing the individual's condition and take appropriate actions based on that. You will collaborate in teams, both internally and externally, to meet the individual's care needs. As a nurse with us, you are responsible for mentoring and delegating care staff, as well as supporting other professions within the team.

Qualifications

We are looking for a licensed nurse with good knowledge of current legislation, such as the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL), the Social Services Act (SoL), and the Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments (LSS). You need to have good computer skills and experience with documentation. A B-class driver's license is a requirement.

Previous experience working in home healthcare is an asset.
