💼 Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for the administration of transport bookings. The work is primarily conducted via email, with some telephone contact. You will manage bookings by registering and confirming them in the company's systems and administrative solutions, ensuring everything is handled correctly and efficiently. A key part of the job is answering customer inquiries regarding delivery times and transport-related matters. You will also have regular contact with internal colleagues to coordinate and optimize the booking process.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, has a keen eye for detail, and wants to contribute to a smooth and structured transport process.

🔍 Education, Experience, and Personal Attributes

• Proficiency with computers

• Good knowledge of both Swedish and English, spoken and written

• Experience in customer service

• Merit: Experience in a similar role or interest in the logistics industry
