About the Role

The company is an established technical consulting firm with steady organic growth. As a railway inspection engineer, you work with safety and maintenance inspections within the railway infrastructure. The role is central to ensuring that the infrastructure meets current requirements and maintains a high standard from both a safety and functional perspective.

We are looking for inspection engineers in several areas, such as Electrical, Track & Signaling.

You will be responsible for:

  • Performing inspections of railway infrastructure
  • Checking that facilities operate safely and correctly
  • Identifying deficiencies and proposing measures
  • Documenting and reporting according to current regulations

The work is varied and often takes place in the field, meaning you will combine technical work with significant personal responsibility and freedom.

You will become part of an engaged and competent team focused on railway infrastructure. The group is characterized by collaboration, knowledge sharing, and a strong focus on safety. Together, you work to ensure quality and reliability in complex facilities, often in close collaboration with customers and other technical areas.

About You

To succeed in this role, we see that you:

  • Are certified as a safety and maintenance inspection engineer
  • Have 2–3 years of experience in the field
  • Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)
  • Are proficient in using digital tools
  • Work in a structured manner and have a strong safety mindset
  • Thrive in independent work within varying environments

Merits:

  • Certification in signaling levels 1 and 2
  • Experience from multiple technical areas
  • Previous work in complex facilities or larger projects
