💼 Responsibilities

As a Transport Manager, you will handle both traffic control and booking management for transports. You are a central part of the team and are responsible for ensuring that goods are transported efficiently and on time. The role involves handling bookings, optimizing routes, and ensuring that all shipments are carried out according to plan. You will be in daily contact with freight forwarders, drivers, customers, and internal teams to coordinate transports and resolve any issues that arise during the day.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Handling bookings, optimizing routes, and ensuring all shipments are executed as planned.
• Responsibility for both traffic control and booking management for transports.
• Daily contact with freight forwarders, drivers, customers, and internal teams via phone, email, and chat.

🔍 Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Completed upper secondary education.
• Good computer skills.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience as a transport/traffic manager.
